About Me.

Sarah Why is the owner of The Good Food Clinic Australia, an Accredited Practising Dietitian, Fertility Dietitian, and Credentialed Eating Disorder Dietitian.

With years of experience in supporting individuals through Eating Disorder recovery, Sarah’s focus expanded to fertility after observing the significant impact of disordered eating and poor nutrition on reproductive health.

Sarah’s approach integrates the latest evidence to help individuals restore a healthy relationship with food, optimize fertility, and enhance overall well-being.

Nutrition Support for Conception, Pregnancy, Baby and Beyond. These are times of significant physical and emotional change, and research highlights the importance of nutrition in supporting both maternal and baby health. However, the pressure to “eat right” can lead to feelings of guilt, anxiety, and confusion, especially for those struggling with body image issues or disordered eating. Studies indicate that 7-10% of pregnant women experience an eating disorder, yet the broader impact on women’s health often goes underreported.

Sarah provides evidence-based nutritional guidance during the perinatal period, supporting not only your health but also your baby’s development. By focusing on the best practices for nutrition during conception, pregnancy, and postpartum, Sarah helps clients make informed, sustainable choices that promote both immediate well-being and long-term health outcomes.
